Clear Slide-Out Drawer Box

An outer sleeve with an inner tray that slides out. The product stays on the tray, so it can be presented without being handled.

Where it fits

Gift and premium sets, multi-piece kits, and anything where the tray doubles as the display. Common where a box is opened on camera or handed across a counter.

What you can specify

• Dimensions — built to your product, no fixed size range.
• Material — PET or PVC for both parts; the sleeve is usually 0.1 mm thicker than the tray to keep the slide firm.
• Printing — sleeve printing is standard; the tray is normally left clear.
• Insert — the tray itself, moulded to the product, plus an optional ribbon pull.

What decides the price

The fit tolerance between sleeve and tray. Too loose and the tray falls out in transit; too tight and it jams. This is a tooling question, not a material question.
