Clear PET Hinged-Lid Box

The default retail box when the product has to be seen without being touched. One thermoformed piece, lid attached, closes with a friction fit.

Where it fits

Cosmetics, small electronics, hardware kits and anything sold on a shelf where the buyer lifts the box rather than reading the back. The hinge is formed in the same sheet as the body, so there is no separate lid to lose or mis-align in packing.

What you can specify

• Dimensions — built to your product, no fixed size range.
• Material — PET 0.5 mm as standard; PVC available if the draw is too deep for PET without thinning at the corner.
• Printing — offset-printed paper sleeve, or direct screen print on the plastic; hot foil on a sleeve only.
• Insert — none, or a die-cut board tray so the product cannot slide.

What decides the price

The sheet gauge and the depth of the cavity, not the footprint. A deeper box needs more draw and a thicker starting sheet to hold wall thickness at the base corner.
