Questions buyers ask before the first order
MOQ, sampling, lead times, materials and shipping — answered directly, without the usual “contact us for details”.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our standard MOQ is 3,000 pcs per design. Smaller or larger quantities can be produced to order — send the quantity you need with your dimensions and we will quote it. There is no fixed rule that rules a smaller run out.
How long does sampling take?
Sampling takes 3–15 days. A size change on an existing tool sits at the fast end; a new mould or a new print setup sits at the slow end.
How long does mass production take?
7–20 days after you approve the sample and the artwork. Quantity and the number of finishing steps decide where in that range your order lands.
Can you make a size that is not standard?
Every order is made to your dimensions. We do not hold a fixed size range, so there is no “standard size” to fit into — send the size you need and the tooling is built to it.
PET or PVC — which should we choose?
PET is our standard: clearer, stiffer and the better default for retail display. PVC is also available and is usually chosen where a softer fold or a specific feel is wanted. Both are supplied in 0.35–1.15 mm, and the right thickness depends on the pack size and how much support the product needs.
Can you print our logo and match a Pantone colour?
Yes. Offset and screen printing run in CMYK with Pantone matching, and the print area is agreed on the artwork proof before production. Send the Pantone reference with the artwork.
Will I see a sample before mass production?
Yes. Nothing goes into production until you approve a physical sample and the artwork. That approval is the point where size, material, colour and print are locked.
How are orders shipped — DAP or DDP?
Either, depending on what you prefer. Samples usually go by express courier by air on DAP terms, where duty and import VAT are payable by the buyer. Bulk orders can go by express air, by sea freight on DAP, or on DDP where you want one landed price. See Packing & Delivery for the full comparison.
Can I order and pay on the website?
No. This site is a product and capability reference, not a shop — there is no online checkout. Every order starts as an enquiry, so that tooling, material and shipping can be quoted against your actual specification.
What do you need in order to quote?
Product type, dimensions or the product itself, quantity, artwork status and destination country. A photo next to a ruler is enough to start. The full list is on the contact page.
Do you supply food-contact or FSC-certified material?
Food-contact grades and FSC-certified board can be quoted on request. Tell us the destination market at enquiry stage, because the required declaration differs between the EU and the US and the correct grade has to be specified before production, not after.
What if the goods arrive damaged?
Note it on the carrier’s delivery record if you can, photograph the outer carton and the affected units, and send them to us promptly. Transit damage is a carrier matter as well as a packing one, so the carton photos matter.
