About

A packaging factory set up for custom work

We make plastic boxes, cylinder boxes, blister packs and paper boxes to order. Not from a catalogue, and not from a stock size with your logo added — from a drawing or a sample, with the tooling built for it.

The company in numbers

We started in July 2009. Everything below is current, not a projection.

Founded22 July 2009
Facility7,200 m² over six floors
Team129 people — 15 management, 22 sales, 6 QC, 86 production
Capacity300,000 boxes per month
ProductionAll four lines in-house — plastic boxes, cylinder boxes, blister, paper boxes
Export marketsEurope, North America, Southeast Asia, Middle East

A number only earns its place if it explains something. This one does: 300,000 boxes a month from 86 production staff works out to roughly 105 boxes per person per working day. That ratio is what a factory looks like when a large share of the work is hand assembly — inserting, folding, gluing, checking — rather than a machine dropping a finished box off the end of a line. It is also why we can build rigid gift boxes and blister cards to a customer planogram, and why 3,000 pieces is a workable minimum rather than a favour.

And the 6 QC staff matter more than the 22 in sales, because a reprint is decided at the inspection bench, not in the quotation.

What that means in practice

A stock-size box forces a decision early: which of the available sizes comes closest. A custom box moves that decision later, to the point where the product and the shelf have both been considered. Most of the value in what we do sits in that gap — a cavity that holds a bottle at the right angle, a fold that does not crack, a lid that closes after the four-hundredth opening.

It also means the tooling has to be built before the first unit exists, and that a sample is the only honest way to judge the result. That is why sampling comes before production on every order, without exception.

Why Fushi

Factory direct, custom dimensions, a MOQ that can move, samples before production, and shipping terms that say what they mean.

Why work with us

How we work with buyers

  • Every order starts as an enquiry and a costed quotation — this site takes no online orders, because a price without a material and a shipment term is not a price.
  • Quotations separate tooling from unit price, so the comparison you make is a landed cost and not a headline number.
  • Samples are physical and approved before the run, on every order.
  • Correspondence is in English or German, by email or WhatsApp.

Start with what you have

A drawing, a sample, or a product and a set of dimensions. Anything past that can be built together.
