What you can specify

• Dimensions — built to your product, no fixed size range.
• Material — rigid PET sheet with a concealed magnet pair; PVC only if a deeper draw is needed.
• Printing — screen print directly on the plastic, or a printed paper wrap on the outer faces.
• Insert — die-cut EVA, flocked PET or moulded tray, set into the base.

What decides the price

Magnet grade and insertion labour. A magnet that is too weak is worse than a friction fit; too strong and the box is hard to open one-handed.
