What we can make, and how it is controlled
Four lines, seven machines, four checkpoints. This section is the technical part of the site: what the equipment does, which materials and finishes are available, how the process runs, and how quality is verified.
Production process
Six stages from approved artwork to sealed carton, and what is verified before each one begins.
Equipment & machinery
The seven machines behind each specification — UV printing, soft crease folding, die-cutting, stamping, blister forming, punching and gluing.
Printing & finishing
Offset, screen and digital printing with Pantone matching, plus lamination, spot UV, foil, embossing and window patching.
Materials
PET as standard, PVC as the alternative, 0.35–1.15 mm — plus kraft, SBS, grey board and corrugated for paper packs.
Quality control
Four checkpoints: incoming material, first-off approval, in-process inspection and final check before packing.
Certificates
BSCI, GRS, ISO 9001:2015 and FSC — what each covers, and when a buyer actually needs it.
