A clear box supplied with a thermoformed tray that holds every component in its own pocket.

Where it fits

Kits, sample sets and anything with more than one piece: the tray is what stops the parts from becoming a bag of loose components by the time it arrives.

What you can specify

• Dimensions — built to your product, no fixed size range.
• Material — PET or PVC for both box and tray; tray usually one gauge thinner.
• Printing — sleeve print, or a printed paper inlay under the tray.
• Insert — the tray itself — number and shape of pockets to your component list.

What decides the price

Pocket count and pocket depth. Each additional cavity adds a forming station and increases the sheet area consumed.
