What we can customize
Six dimensions, and you control all of them. Nothing here is a fixed catalogue option — each one is set against your product, your artwork and your price point.
Size
Every order is made to your dimensions. There is no standard size range to fit into — the tooling is built to the measurement you send. If you have the product but no drawing, measure it and we will add the clearance.
Material
PET as standard, PVC as an alternative, both in 0.35–1.15 mm. For paper boxes: kraft, SBS/ivory board, grey board for rigid boxes and corrugated for shippers.
Structure
Lid type, closure and how the pack opens: telescoping, slip lid, magnetic closure, tuck flap, sleeve, drawer. The structure follows how the product is presented, not the other way round.
Printing
Offset, screen or digital, in CMYK with Pantone matching. Logo placement, barcodes, QR codes, batch and multi-language labelling can all be built into the artwork.
Finishing
Matte or gloss lamination, soft-touch, spot UV, foil stamping and embossing. These are the details that separate a pack that looks printed from one that looks made.
Inserts
Vacuum-formed trays, EVA foam, paperboard dividers or moulded pulp, cut to hold your product in place. The insert usually decides whether the pack survives transit.
Artwork: what we need, and what we can work from
| Best | Print-ready PDF or AI with bleed, outlined text and a colour build for each Pantone. Fastest route to a correct sample. |
|---|---|
| Workable | A layered file, a JPG of the logo at good resolution, or an existing dieline from a previous supplier. |
| Enough to start | A product photo next to a ruler and a logo. We will draw the dieline and send it for approval before printing. |
Send the Pantone reference with the artwork if the brand colour has to match an existing pack. Screen colour is not a reliable reference — a printed swatch or a code is.
