Telescoping Cylinder Tube

Two tube sections of different diameter, one sliding inside the other. The overlap lets the same diameter serve several product heights.

Where it fits

Products sold in several lengths, or where the pack has to be adjusted after the first production run without new tooling.

What you can specify

• Dimensions — built to your product, no fixed size range.
• Material — PET or PVC; the inner section one gauge thinner so it slides without binding.
• Printing — sleeve on either section.
• Insert — none, or a foam end cap.

What decides the price

The diameter tolerance between the two sections. This is the one dimension that has to be right; everything else has room.
