Multi-Cavity Blister Tray

A formed tray with several identical pockets, sized so the whole set fits one card or one box.

Where it fits

Sample sets, refill packs and assortments where each unit has to be visible and none may shift. Also used for automated pick-and-place lines.

What you can specify

• Dimensions — built to your product, no fixed size range.
• Material — PET; PVC where the pockets need a deeper draw.
• Printing — none, or a printed card sealed over the top.
• Insert — the tray itself.

What decides the price

Pocket count against tray size. More pockets in the same footprint means thinner walls between them and a higher reject rate.
