Pharmaceutical-adjacent goods, small hardware, batteries and anything where tamper evidence matters. Also the most space-efficient retail format per unit.
What you can specify
- Dimensions — built to your product, no fixed size range.
- Material — PET or PVC cavity; heat-seal coated card.
- Printing — offset on the card; the seal area must be left unprinted or the seal fails.
- Insert — the cavity itself.
What decides the price
The seal coating on the card. A card without it will look identical and fail on the sealing line — this is the most common wrong specification we see.
