How to order

From enquiry to delivery, in five steps

Every order follows the same route. Nothing is charged before you have seen a quotation, and nothing goes into production before you have approved a physical sample.

The five steps

01

Send your enquiry

Product type, dimensions or the product itself, quantity, artwork status and destination country. A photo next to a ruler is enough to start — we will ask for whatever else the quotation needs.

02

Receive a costed quotation

Tooling cost, unit price at your quantity, lead time and shipping term are stated separately, so you can see what changes if the quantity or the packing changes. Ask for two quantities if you are unsure where your volume lands — the price break is usually visible.

03

Approve a sample

Sampling takes 3–15 days. The sample is where size, material, colour and print are actually confirmed — not on a screen. Approval is the point of no return for tooling, so it is worth checking the sample against the real product before you sign it off.

04

Production

Mass production runs 7–20 days after sample and artwork approval. Quantity and the number of finishing steps decide where in that range the order lands.

05

Packing and shipping

Goods are packed in export cartons, with OPP bagging or dividers where you asked for them, then shipped by express air, air freight or sea freight — on DAP or DDP terms as agreed on the quotation.

What you send, what you get back

Step 1You send: product, size, quantity, artwork status, destination.
You get: a short list of questions where the brief is ambiguous, or a quotation if it is complete.
Step 2You get: tooling cost, unit price, lead time, shipping term, and packing description.
Step 3You get: a physical pre-production sample with the agreed print.
You send: approval, or a marked-up list of changes.
Step 4You get: production photos or a status update during the run, and a packing list before shipment.
Step 5You get: commercial invoice, packing list and shipping documents in your name.
On timing: sampling (3–15 days) and production (7–20 days) are separate, and shipping time sits on top of both. If you are working to a launch date, say so in the first message — it usually changes the route we recommend, not the price.

Before you send the enquiry

Three things make the biggest difference to how fast a quotation comes back accurate.

01

Check the size against the product

Measure the product, not the old packaging. If the old box was tight, say so — the new one should not repeat it.

02

Decide the quantity range

Our standard MOQ is 3,000 pcs, and other quantities can be produced to order. Give the quantity you actually plan to buy, not an inflated one.

03

Send the artwork as it is

A logo file is enough to start. A print-ready file with bleed shortens the sampling round; neither is a precondition for quoting.

Start with step one

Send the product, the size and the quantity. Everything else can follow.
