1. What we collect

• Enquiry data — name, company, email, phone, country, product details and any files you attach through the enquiry form.
• Message data — the content of emails and WhatsApp messages you send us.
• Order data — billing and delivery details, artwork files and shipping documents, where an order follows.
• Technical data — standard server logs and, where used, aggregated analytics on page visits.

2. Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, produce and ship an order, and keep records required for accounting and export documentation. We do not sell data and we do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing.

3. Who it is shared with

Only where necessary to fulfil an order: the shipping carrier or freight forwarder, and where a customs broker or inspection service is required for the destination. Artwork is shared with production staff and, where relevant, with the tooling supplier for that job.

4. How long it is kept

Enquiry records are kept while the commercial relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Order, invoice and shipping records are kept for as long as accounting and customs rules require in the relevant jurisdiction.

5. Cookies

This site uses cookies necessary for it to function — for example to remember a language selection. Where analytics or consent-based cookies are used, they are described in the consent notice shown on your first visit.

6. Your rights

You can ask what personal data we hold about you, request a correction, or ask for it to be deleted where there is no legal obligation to retain it. Requests should be sent to the address below and will be answered within the period required by applicable law.

7. Security

Access to enquiry and order data is limited to staff who need it to do their work. Files are stored on access-controlled systems. No system is completely secure, so please do not send payment credentials by email or messaging.
